Accessibility and inclusivity in the workplace
We want to create a more accessible and inclusive destination for our visitors by supporting our businesses to understand how they can improve accessibility for their customers, as well as actively recruiting individuals with disabilities. We believe that embracing the unique talents of people with disabilities not only enriches the workplace but also enhances customer experiences and drives innovation.
The Disability Confident scheme acts like a road map for businesses committed to support their workforce and widening their recruitment. Visit Kent are working with The Education People to support employers across Kent in transitioning through the Disability Confident scheme, providing dedicated guidance and hands-on support to make the process seamless.
