In 2022, she co-founded The Perfect Place to Grow alongside Lee Coad and Harry Ryder, launching a training kitchen and café to support young people (18-24) not in education or employment. The programme provides hands-on experience, building confidence, skills, and professional networks to help trainees secure meaningful work.
