Claire Passos’ career began 36 years ago as a YTS (Youth Training Scheme) student at a travel agent, driven by her passion for travel. After 15 years working for various travel companies, she transitioned to a B2B tourism PR company and later worked as a business development manager for marketing agencies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Claire took the opportunity to pursue her dream of opening a glamping business. After partnering with a local landowner near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, she spent 18 months getting the site ready, and today, Caracol Glamping is a successful business.
