Kristina Boulden has over 14 years of experience in corporate commercial sales, working with major brands such as Burtons, Premier Foods, and COTY. She managed marketing, budgeting, and business development before transitioning to entrepreneurship. As the owner of Romney Marsh Shepherds Huts and Director of Romney Marsh Wools, she leads business strategy, marketing, sales, and customer experience.

In 2018, she diversified the family farm into tourism, launching a successful glamping business with the support of Visit Kent and a LEADER grant. Today, she oversees operations while collaborating with BloomStays for bookings and local partners for seamless management. She also serves on multiple boards, supporting local businesses and rural enterprises.
