He relocated to Kent in 2003, continuing his career in hotels and later managing The Bell Hotel in Sandwich. In 2014, Shane became Commercial Director at EKC Group, where he led the development of The Yarrow, the UK's first college-owned training hotel. Since 2019, he has been Managing Director at Macknade Fine Foods, bringing his passion for food and customer experience to the forefront.
